1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Adogo website at adogo.ai or any Adogo services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Adogo is an AI-native execution platform that captures decisions from meetings and messaging threads, routes them through human approval, and uses specialized AI agents to deliver work artifacts including product requirements, UI designs, test plans, source code, and deployment pipelines.

The Service is currently in early access. Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a contractual obligation on Adogo to provide access to the Service. Adogo reserves the right to accept or decline any demo request at its sole discretion. Information submitted in demo requests is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Adogo website and platform are owned by or licensed to Adogo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Adogo name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Adogo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

7. Third-party services

The Adogo platform integrates with third-party services including Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, and various AI model providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Adogo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Adogo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADOGO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADOGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADOGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adogo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to these terms

Adogo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
